Absolutely! We provide state-wide delivery. Our delivery rates can be found in the description section of each RV when booking.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Yes! Generator rentals are subject to availability.

Each camper is covered with Comprehensive/Collision. However, if you opt out of our delivery service, you are required to provide proof of Liability Insurance Coverage that extends to the camper being towed. Most auto insurances provide this coverage, and all you need to do is have your agent sign a form that we can provide to you, stating you have said Liability coverage prior to the start of your rental.

If you do not have Liability coverage that extends to the camper being towed or cannot provide proof of such, you must purchase daily Liability Insurance coverage from our insurance provider, MBA Insurance, before the start of your rental. This coverage typically costs about $11-18/day and is paid directly to our insurance company via their website: www.mbatrailer.com using our Policy #404134. They also offer additional optional coverage.

No additional insurance is required for campers that we deliver.

Yes. Each RV rental requires a security deposit of $500. If you are renting for a large event, a larger deposit may be required. Security deposits are fully refundable, assuming you adhere to our terms.

Yes, with some requirements:

• The access leading to your site must be clear of any brush or trees that will rub against the RV.
• The access must be in good shape and not have excessive mud, sand, or ruts that may cause the vehicle to get stuck or bottom out.
• If your site does not have utilities (water, electric, etc), you may be limited on the ability to fully use the RV. The RV is NOT intended to run off of battery power for more than a few hours, and the battery will not run the appliances, AC or outlets. If you are going to be camping without electric hookups, we highly recommend you bring (or include with your rental) a generator.

Our campers are powered by either a 30 or 50 amp standard RV outlet. You may plug the RV into a standard 110v outlet, however you must limit use of the appliances and electronics. The AC will NOT run without a 30 or 50 amp RV outlet. We recommend using or renting a generator if you plan on using appliances or running the AC without proper RV hookups.

Generally speaking, our RVs are pet-free. An exception applies for any RV that is advertised as "pet friendly".

Even the best-planned trips can be impacted by an unexpected event or unplanned interruption. Trip protection allows you to recoup the investment you made in your trip if you meet the terms and conditions outlined in the coverage plan. This service is offered by a 3rd party trip insurance provider called IMG. To file a trip insurance claim, please visit: https://www.imglobal.com/claims-center

All of our rentals come with a clean fitted sheet for each bed at no additional cost. Plus, we offer the option to add a linen add-on at checkout which includes Pillows, Blankets, and Sheets for each bed, plus 4 freshly sanitized Bath Towels.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will be fully refunded, minus the reservation deposit (25% of the total).
• Cancellations made within 30 days of trip will be charged an additional $250 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of trip will be charged the entire trip price, not including the security deposit.

Typically, YES. However, it requires pre-approval from us and it may require a larger security deposit.

Yes, with pre-approval.

We are happy to make some changes to your current reservation, however  the change may require a rate adjustment based on current rates in effect at time of change. Changes are subject to current availability and shortened trips will not be offered any refunds unless changes are made at least 30 days in advance. Name changes to reservations are not permitted. Reservations are non-transferable. 

Each RV listing will list all included items in the description area.

Similar to a hotel, the Rental Night is based on the number of nights the RV is rented. Any rental returned past 8pm is charged an additional night's rental.
