Step 1:

To get started, give us a call at 989-305-2575 or Click Here to check our availability for your trip dates.

Step 2:

Once you have verified date availability, you'll need to make sure you have your campsite booked. We require at least a 25ft space. Please let us know your campground address, site number, as well as check in and check out times. We do not deliver units before 9am, and do not retrieve units past 12pm. Full payment, including $500 security deposit, is due 7 days prior to the start of your trip. We accept Major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Cash or Checks. For your convenience, you can call to make your payment over the phone as well!

Step 3:

On the day of your trip, we will coordinate meeting you at your campground at an agreed upon time. We will get your camper set up and hooked up. We will then go through the camper's features, as well as perform a walk around inspection for damages. Feel free to ask questions!

Step 4:

At the end of your stay, please make sure to clean the camper and place everything back where it was when you received the camper. Please do not disconnect any of the utility hookups. We will do another walk around with you prior to leaving. If no damages occurred during your trip, you will receive a refund for the full $500 security deposit within 5 business days.
